Studio Timer
Simple stopwatch web app designed for podcast co-hosts to be able to keep track of episode duration during recording sessions with built-in, editable, exportable segment marker capabilities, and a dark mode.
Spin-A-Name
Basic wheel spinner to choose a giveaway winner; supports up to 100 names, three color palettes, and a winners log. Ad-free alternative to wheelofnames.
My Dickensian Character
Ever wondered what it'd be like to be a character in a Charles Dickens novel? Well, wonder no more! This fun little app asks you to enter a few personality traits and will generate a Victorian persona complete with name, occupation, and summary tailor-made for you that will make it seem like you just stepped out of the pages of a work penned by the great writer.
Interview Green Room
An easy-to-use tool for sending to your podcast guests, even the non-techie ones, to check that their mic/cam is all working in preparation for joining your recording session. Regardless of whether you're using Zoom, Google Meet, Riverside, or any other platform to conduct the interview, this tool walks the participants through the process of checking to make sure their tech is all good to go so you can just get right to the conversation.
GuestPrepFile
This tool streamlines interview prep for podcasters and other content creators by consolidating show details, guest bios, and questions into a single organized workspace. It's designed to be used to track the flow of the conversation during the interview to help you cover all the bases, but adapt on the fly as needed. Having all your prep and live notes in one place keeps interviews running smoothly while making show note creation effortless after recording.
GridGrades
A free and ad-free tier list maker. Supports up to 50 images, portrait or square, features editable tier labels and removable tiers, and export options.
Crayon Box
A handy, all-in-one color toolkit designed specifically for creators, bloggers, and podcasters who want their work to look good without needing a background in design. From building brand palettes and tweaking site accents to pairing high-contrast colors for thumbnails and cover art, it gives you a working knowledge of color theory to help you use colors effectively. Whether you need quick swatches, gradient generators, or accessibility checks, Crayon Box offers simple, professional tools so you can quickly build graphics, site designs, and more that look clean and intentional.
Choices, Choices!
A set of four simple tools to help the indecisive or when you just need a bit of chance and randomness. We've got a coin flipper, a dice roller, a random number generator, and the Unmagic 7-Cube (our version of the Magic 8-Ball), and they're all in a sleek, ad-free, mobile-friendly design.
Feed Scout
Can't remember if you already covered a specific topic in the back catalogue of your podcast? Or just can't remember which episode it was? Feed Scout does the work for you. It searches episode titles, descriptions, full show notes that are linked in your description, and transcripts in your RSS feed.
Cover Art Scout
Tired of hunting through low-res Google Images for missing album art? Or just can't find high-quality artwork to properly tag your music library? Cover Art Scout does the work for you. It searches high-resolution cover art across Apple Music, Deezer, MusicBrainz, and Discogs so you can preview, convert, and download full-sized album covers in seconds.
My Halfling Character
Ever wondered what your life might look like as a hobbit? Well, we can answer that for you! This fun little app asks you to enter a few personality traits and will generate a halfling persona complete with name, occupation, and summary, uniquely based on you, that will make it feel like you've just been transported to the Shire.
VidPrepFile
Requested by a colleague, this tool streamlines video production prep for content creators by consolidating your ideation, recording, editing, and promotion stages into a single handy interface. Do your planning, write your video description, draft social posts, and more all in one place. Save your progress and come back to finish later with saved projects and export/import features.
Book Loan Buddy
Does Cynthia have my Jane Eyre or was it Sarah? Did I let Christopher borrow Ronia, the Robber's Daughter? If you're asking yourself questions like these, let Book Loan Buddy help you quickly and easily track who's got what. For free!
Booklist Buddy
Got a mental list of titles you want to add to your physical library? Or a checklist note in your phone? Booklist Buddy helps you level up basic lists by including edition details and more in a searchable book wishlist so you can focus on the collecting.
TBR List Buddy
This is not the place where you just willy-nilly add to an ever-growing list of "books I might want to get to at some point in my life." There are plenty of other tools for that. TBR List Buddy is a next-up queue of the books that you are definitely going to read in the next few months. It's capped at 24 titles to keep you focused. Think playlist for your next reads.
Link Scout
Need a tool to help you check your podcast episode show notes or blog posts for broken links? Let Link Scout check your Blogger, WordPress, Squarespace, or other blog for dead links or ones that have been redirected so you can keep your content as relevant as the day you published it.
PostPrepFile
Ever draft a social post only to realize it's 200 characters over the limit for half the places you want to share it? PostPrepFile solves that by letting you write once and check it against character limits for fifteen platforms at a time: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Bluesky, Reddit, Goodreads, and more. Includes a live countdown so you know exactly where you stand. Write a master draft, send it to whichever platforms you're posting to, tweak as needed, and copy it all out when you're ready to go.
Cue Deck
If you record podcasts live-to-drive, or frequently host livestreams, finding a reliable soundboard app can be a headache. My experience was abandoned Android apps, ad-crammed junk, and buggy or overpriced Windows tools. So I built my own. It runs on desktop and tablet with zero lag, so you can route it straight into a mixer or interface. It's got fade in/out (with a custom start point), loop, per-clip volume, 72 pads across 3 banks, color-coding, and full save/export so you can keep separate boards for different shows. Light/dark mode plus a couple of skins if you want a different vibe. Everything's stored locally in your browser; no ads, no account, no server, no subscription.
ReadingRecs
Avid readers, this one is for you. ReadingRecs is a data-driven recommendation engine that matches you with your next great read using personalized logic instead of AI guesswork. Simply seed it with your Goodreads history, StoryGraph export, ISBNs, or favorite titles, then fine-tune results by genre, mood, publication year, and format. It automatically filters out books you've already read to deliver 10 tailored, highly relevant book suggestions every time.
Wave2Reel
Want to share your podcast or audio drama on YouTube? Upload your audio, square cover art or 16:9 thumbnail, and an optional transcript, and Wave2Reel turns them into an MP4 with a moving waveform and synced captions. No watermarks, no monthly limits, and your files never leave your computer.
Sound Tagger
Tired of shipping episodes tagged "Track 01" with no cover art? Sound Tagger cleans up your MP3 and WAV files right in your browser: show and episode info, Apple-ready cover art, and chapters, a whole season at a time. It even checks your artwork for spec compliance and fixes it with a click. Free, no sign-up, and your files never leave your device.
